Premier League team. Aston Villa is considering acquiring Kelechi Iheanacho, a striker for the Super Eagles.
Online rumors state that Aston Villa intends to pursue signing the impressive Nigerian international during the January transfer season.
The Super Eagles forward’s current deal is only good for six months, and starting in January, he will be free to negotiate terms with other teams.
Many teams, including West Ham, Fulham, Brentford, and Wolves, expressed interest in the Nigerian after the Foxes were demoted from the Premier League and had to play in the championship; nevertheless, he chose to stay at the King Power Stadium.
Under new manager Enzo Maresca, Iheanacho has made 20 appearances for the Foxes in all competitions thus far, tallying two assists and six goals.
