I chose to buy a flu tablet and an over-the-counter malaria medication after developing a high temperature. Regarding the malaria medication, the chemist suggested that I take 4 tablets in the morning and 4 in the afternoon, and 1 tablet in the morning and 1 at night. I took four tablets in the afternoon that day.
I took 4 extra malaria medicines on Wednesday, for a total of 8 tablets, and 1 flu tablet. I had an acute ache in my left ear shortly after taking the drug, but it eventually went away.
I kept working as a professional welder, smoothing iron with a grinding machine. But as I was going through this, I felt like there was something buzzing in my ear, and once I finished grinding, I could only hear noise.
I can hear people talking today (Thursday), but they have to talk loudly because my ears are sensitive to noise.
I find it difficult to visit a hospital because of my limited resources and the possibility of having multiple tests. I want to know from the experienced medical professionals here if I should wait for my condition to heal naturally or if I should visit the hospital to see a doctor.
In the hopes that they are not fake medications, I have sent pictures of the medications for your review.
